⚠️NO REFUNDS POLICY

Hakim ved Ayurveda does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders. All sales are final.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our Ayurvedic medicines, we have a strict NO REFUND policy.

All medicines are prepared specifically for each customer based on their selected health issues. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

2. Why No Refunds?

  • Custom Preparation: Each medicine is custom-made based on your specific health issues and requirements.
  • Hygiene & Safety: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of medicines once they have been prepared and dispatched.
  • Perishable Nature: Ayurvedic medicines have specific storage requirements and cannot be resold once prepared.
  • Regulatory Compliance: As per Indian regulations for custom-prepared medicines, returns are not permitted.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before confirming, including:

  • Selected health issues
  • Medicine type (Permanent/Instant)
  • Delivery address
  • Contact information

4. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product due to our error or courier mishandling, please contact us immediately at support@hakimved-ayurvedic.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or credit. This does not constitute a refund but rather a replacement for defective items only.

5. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If you provide an incorrect address or fail to receive the delivery due to your unavailability, we are not responsible for refunds. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

6. Payment Disputes

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment disputes must be resolved at the time of delivery. Once payment is accepted and the order is delivered, no refunds will be processed.

7. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with Hakim ved Ayurveda, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood this No Refund Policy
  • You are aware that all sales are final
  • You have provided accurate information for your order
  • You understand that custom medicines cannot be returned or refunded

8. Legal Compliance

This No Refund Policy is in compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations and consumer protection laws, which permit no-refund policies for custom-prepared medicines and perishable goods.
