Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to locations across India. Delivery times and charges may vary based on your location. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including:

• Complete street address
• Area/Village name
• City/District
• State
• Pincode (6-digit postal code)
• Landmark (if applicable)

2. Processing Time

After you place an order, we require time to prepare your custom Ayurvedic medicine based on your selected health issues. Processing typically takes:

• 2-3 business days for order processing and medicine preparation
• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays)
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

3. Delivery Time

Once your order is processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• 5-7 business days for most locations in India
• 7-10 business days for remote or hard-to-reach areas
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier service and location
• Total time from order to delivery: 7-10 business days (approximately 10-14 calendar days)

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and are included in the final order price. The shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery payment option for all orders. Important points:

• Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery
• Please keep exact change or be prepared to pay the full amount
• The delivery person will collect payment before handing over the package
• COD is available for most locations, but may not be available in some remote areas
• If COD is not available in your area, we will contact you to arrange alternative payment

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email (if provided). You can track your order status using the provided tracking number.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy:

• Multiple delivery attempts will be made at the provided address
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
• If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us
• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts
• We are not responsible for delays due to recipient unavailability

8. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for:

• Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Additional charges for re-delivery due to address errors
• Lost packages due to incorrect address information

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@hakimved-ayurvedic.com before your order is dispatched.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Courier service delays
• Public holidays or festivals
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

10. Package Inspection

Please inspect your package upon delivery:

• Check the package for any visible damage before accepting
• Verify that the package is sealed and intact
• If the package appears damaged, please note it with the delivery person
• Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged package

11. Undelivered Packages

If your package is returned to us as undelivered due to:

• Incorrect address
• Recipient unavailability after multiple attempts
• Refusal to accept delivery

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please note that we do not offer refunds for undelivered packages due to customer-related issues.
